Catherine Dimmack is an award-winning keynote speaker, facilitator and transformation leader with more than seven years leading digital transformation, customer experience and service design across Queensland Government. She helps leaders and organisations slow down just enough to think differently — asking better questions, testing assumptions before investing, and understanding the whole system before optimising a part of it. Her keynotes and workshops are practical, story-led and immediately applicable. Catherine speaks at conferences, leadership programs and workshops across government, technology, digital transformation, customer experience and professional associations — nationally and internationally.
Catherine Dimmack is an award-winning keynote speaker, facilitator and transformation executive. With more than six years leading digital transformation, customer experience and service design across Queensland Government and public sector organisations, she kept seeing the same pattern: capable, caring teams producing solutions that didn't land — not from lack of effort, but because the real problem was never quite pinned down.
Catherine's keynotes and workshops help leaders and organisations slow down just enough to think differently. She works with teams to ask better questions before they act, test assumptions before they invest, and understand the whole system before they optimise a part of it.
Her flagship keynote, Are You Solving the Right Problem?, unpacks why projects really fail — and the simple questions that change the outcome before a single solution is built. She also speaks on human-centred transformation, service design, the future of thinking in an AI-enabled world, and leading change through curiosity.
Catherine speaks at conferences, leadership programs and workshops across government, technology, digital transformation, customer experience, local government, utilities and professional associations — nationally and internationally. She is based in Brisbane, Queensland.
